What happens to my product if a new major version of NinjaTrader is released?
Major releases of NinjaTrader are infrequent— for example, NinjaTrader 8, which replaced NinjaTrader 7, was introduced in 2016. However, if a new major version is released in the future, you will be eligible to upgrade your product at a significantly discounted rate. Currently, this upgrade discount is set at 60% off the original product price.
Can NTRR's indicators be used on NinjaTrader’s web platform?
No, NTRR's indicators are not compatible with NinjaTrader's web platform. They are specifically designed for use on the NinjaTrader Windows desktop platform. To our knowledge, NinjaTrader does not currently support third-party add-on development for its web-based platform.
Can I use my products on different PCs?
NinjaTrader licenses are tied to a specific PC, which means a separate license is required for each machine you wish to use the product on.
However, if you upgrade or replace your PC in the future, you can transfer your existing products to the new device. This transfer is performed manually by our team for each product associated with your license and bound PC. To cover administrative costs, a one-time transfer fee of $9.95 applies per PC migration, regardless of how many products are being transferred.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No, there are no hidden fees. The price you pay at checkout is the only required payment for the product, which includes lifetime access and FREE updates for the current major version of the NinjaTrader platform (e.g., NinjaTrader 8) at the time of purchase.
There are only two specific situations where additional charges may apply:
- PC Replacement or Upgrade - If you change or replace your PC, we can transfer all of your purchased products (bound to this PC) from the original machine to the new one. This process requires manual handling by our team for each product bound to the old PC. To cover the time and effort involved, a small administrative fee of $9.95 is charged for the entire transfer.
- Major NinjaTrader Version Upgrade - If a new major version of NinjaTrader (e.g., NinjaTrader 9) is released, you will have the option to upgrade your products to maintain compatibility and continue receiving free updates. This upgrade will be offered at a 60% discount (you pay 40% of the original product price at the time of the upgrade). You are not required to upgrade, you can continue using your existing products on NinjaTrader 8 (or whatever the major NinjaTrader version was at the time of your purchase) indefinitely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal as our secure payment processor. All payment information is handled directly by PayPal, ensuring your data remains protected. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
You can complete your purchase securely using any major credit or debit card, even if you do not have a PayPal account. Creating or having a PayPal account is entirely optional.
Are refunds available for NTRR products?
Due to the digital nature of our products and their immediate availability upon purchase, all sales are final. Once access to the product is granted, refunds cannot be issued. We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Does the website use cookies?
Our website does not use cookies, except for a single cookie used to identify the affiliate who may have referred you to our site. If set, this cookie remains active for 7 days.
In addition, we use temporary session identifiers—consisting of random numbers and letters—to manage your browsing session on our website. These sessions are essential for core functionality, such as registering you as a user during checkout or tracking items in your cart for a correct checkout. These session identifiers are automatically deleted when you close your browser. No other cookies are used.
What tracking tools does the website use?
We may use Facebook Pixels, Google Tags, and their affiliates (such as YouTube) to track our website's performance regarding ads and purchases. You should read our Terms & Privacy policies for more details.
What should I know about the risks of trading Futures and Forex?

How to activate NTRR Products after a purchase?
Full instructions can be found in your Account under "PC Activation Guide" in "My PCs" section.
How to download NTRR Products?
Log in to your Account, click on the "My Products" section to find the latest versions of all your purchased NTRR products available for download.
Please note, you need to activate your license before downloading and installing any NTRR products. In your account you will find a step-by-step guide on how to send an activation request.
How to install NTRR Products?
- After a successful download, save the (.zip) file on your PC's desktop. DO NOT unzip it. Keep it as a (.zip) file.
- Login to your NinjaTrader Windows app.
- Select Live or a Simulation environment (doesn't really matter which one of them).
- In Control Center (main NinjaTrader window) click on "Tools" tab, in the revealed menu click "Import".
- In "Import" menu click "NinjaScript Add-On".
- From a new opened window, navigate to the downloaded (.zip) file location, select it and click on the "Open" button.
- In the notification warning Pop-Up click "Ok".
- Wait for a message Pop-Up saying that your NTRR product has been successfully installed.
How to remove NTRR product from NinjaTrader?
- Login to your NinjaTrader Windows app.
- Select Live or a Simulation environment (doesn't really matter which one of them).
- In Control Center (main NinjaTrader window) click on "Tools" tab, in the revealed menu click "Remove NinjaScript Assembly".
- Wait for a new window to open. It might take a few seconds.
- In the new window opened, select and highlight the NTRR product and click the "Remove" button.
- Wait for a message Pop-Up saying that your NTRR product has been successfully uninstalled.
How to update my product to a new version?
In case you received an email regarding a new version avaliable, then:
- Log in to your Account.
- Click on "My Products" section.
- Click on the relevant product you received an email for.
- Download the new version using the "Download" button.
- Install the new version. Please refer to "How to install NTRR Products?" above.
- Click "Ok" on a message pop up asking if you want to override the previous version.
- Restart your NinjaTrader after a second pop up message asking you to do so.
- That's it. Your NTRR product has been updated.
How to cancel my subscription?
If you are subscribed to a subscription plan then:
- Log in to your Account
- Click on "My Subscriptions" section.
- Click on the relevant subscription (in case of multiple).
- Click on "Cancel Subscription" button for the subscription you would like to cancel.
