Subscriptions, Purchase and Payments

Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are recurring and will be automatically charged to your provided payment method.

Yearly Subscriptions: Payments are recurring and will be automatically charged to your provided payment method.

Lifetime Purchases: Payments are one-time charges for lifetime access to the Tool you have purchased.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

Refunds and Cancellations

NTRR Tools or any other tool offered by NTRR website, are digital products available for download immediately after payment. Therefore, refunds are not accepted nor allowed as the user obtains access to the tool upon purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, but cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products and services at any time without prior notice. Any price adjustments will apply to future purchases only.

No price difference (“delta”) refunds will be issued if a product goes on sale or is offered at a lower price after your purchase.

Free Updates

Each product purchase includes free updates for the same major version of the NinjaTrader platform that was current at the time of purchase (e.g., NinjaTrader 8).

If a new major version of NinjaTrader is released and you choose to upgrade your product at the offered discount, you will continue to receive free updates for that new major version. Updates are not provided across major version changes unless an upgrade is purchased.

PC Binding

Each product you purchase is bound to a specific PC at the time of activation. This binding is permanent and cannot be changed unless you upgrade or replace your PC.

In such cases, all products associated with the original PC can be transferred to the new PC upon request. This process is handled manually by our team and is subject to a small administrative fee. Currently $9.95

License Non-Transferability

Licenses are issued to the original purchaser and are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, sublicense, share, or transfer your license to any other individual or organization under any circumstances.
